Hey, my name is Wioletta and I’m a weight gain coach for women.
I went from a shy, 48kg insecure girl that would avoid mirrors, hide under oversized clothes, to an empowered woman that is strong, self-confident, and ready to guide you through the tested and proven process to do the same!
When I say “I know what it feels like to not feel great in your own skin” I’m speaking from first-hand experience. I have suffered from being underweight all my life, and through painful and lifelong trial and error I have also found the solutions to transform myself and others.
Over the past years, I have meticulously studied and tried every possible method myself and have accumulated all the most useful tools that are needed to transform you into a strong and self-loving woman.
This wasn’t easy for me, I’ve gone through hundreds of failures and moments I wanted to throw the towel (many times). Now, all the suffering has been worth it. It is radically rewarding to use my personal experience and knowledge to avoid the painstaking trial and error process that I spent years going through to help others achieve their dream body sooner than they ever thought possible.
